"My Subscriptions" not showing in User Profile

I'm trying to give my subscribers the ability to cancel their (Stripe) subscriptions but on the user Profile page the "My Subscriptions" (as shown in the docs below) is not showing:

What step am I missing?

Maybe there is something wrong. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account
- That subscriber account
- Link to the page

We are going to check to see what's wrong and guide you to correct it
