Fee fileds not saving when user pays offline

I have 3 fee fields

When using word pay the users selection is saved and visible in the administrator profile.

However if the user pays offline:

The administrator navigates to /administrator/index.php?option=com_osmembership&task=subscriber.edit... to manually set the subscription to 'active' we notice that the fee filed(s) is empty. Since this is a required field the admin must set this before he/she can save the subscription.

If you want to update a subscription record, go to Membership Pro -> Subscriptions (not Membership Pro -> Subscribers), find the record, edit and save it from there

Could you please try that to see if it addresses the issue?

I think i have not been clear.

The issue is that the user's selection is not saved, so when the admin edits the subscription this filed is empty

Maybe it's because you set Only create user account when membership active/approved config option to Yes

In that case, the user account will only be created after you publish that subscription record

So when you edit, change subscription status to Active, save the record. User account will be created and associated with the record at that time

Thanks Tuan, I'm not sure if this can be correct. This filed is required so when I go in to the subscription to activate it, I must set a value for the filed or I cannot save the subscription.

OK I think this must have been a glitch as this is working correctly today.
