Importing subscribers form old site to new site with different plans

I have an old site that has one plan

My new development site has 4 plans

Each new pan has several different field that the old plan does not
The old pan has several different field that the each new plan does not

I want to import all the subscribers from the old site into the new site.

If i do this

1. Can i manually add the new field data to the imported subscribers?
2. Can i delete old unwanted field data?
3. In the new plan i have fee modifiers can i updates these for each subscription?
4. In the new old i have fee modifiers can i updates these for each subscription?
5. Can i stop the system from sending any email to the subscribers during this process?

1=> Yes. Nothing prevents you from doing that
2=> Yes
3 and 4=> I don't understand the questions. Could you please explain more details?
5=> Go to System -> Global Configuration, look at Server tab, find Mail Settings section, set Send Mail to No to disable sending email from whole system during import process. After that, enable it again
