We have had a few issues that have impacted both Stripe and Paypal users on the site during renewal.
3 seperate users who have renewed their subscription in Membership Pro (Annual and Monthly recurring) have their Level 4 subscription updated in Membership Pro when payment is made, yet the Joomla system has reset them as a level 1 free user in Joomla Configuration.
Have you come across this before and can you help rectify this issue. We are currently doing a deep dive into all of our users over the last month or so, after SCA to see if others have been impacted, as we are only aware of these 3 users as they have contacted us via email.
