renewal issue

users are reporting that when they go to renew the system tells them that email/username is already in use

they are renewing expired subscriptions

If they have existing account, they should login before continuing renewing their subscription renewal process

You can go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, set Show login box on subscription page config option to Yes so that users will see login on subscription form and can login before continuing the subscription?
