Custom Field & Import Value

Hi Tuan,

First, just want to say how outstanding this software is! Love it!

I have it all configure exactly the way we need it. I know am ready to import members from CB Subs data, which is working except for one custom field. We created a custom field using radio button with three radio options, which adds an additional cost to the subscription. I was hoping that if I added the value to the .csv column for each record, it would input the data into the subscription . It does not. Anyway suggestions on how to get it to do that?

Yes. It should import the data. Maybe you can submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account

2. A sample file which you are using to import (just few records if you want)

We will check to see what's wrong with the data and guide you to correct it
