How to change billing so that it is free was created by Troy
Greetings all,
Our company will be going out of business in a few weeks. We've got lots of subscribers that are using the reoccurring billing and I'd like to change our Membership Pro component to NOT charge customers whose account is about to renew.
How would I accomplish that withing cancelling subscriptions and reissuing?
Thanks!

Hello Troy
The recurring payment is not handled by Membership Pro. It's the payment gateway which process payment. Each time payment is processed, payment gateway will send notify Membership Pro about the payment so that Membership Pro can extend/renew the subscription
That's how recurring subscription works
So to stop, the only way is cancelling the recurring subscription
