Upgrade option should expire was created by E Falconer
We have a Temporary Member plan with a duration of 2 days. They can upgrade in this time to the Member Plan at a discounted rate. We also have other plans. If someone is a member of another plan and has also been a Temporary Member, the option to Upgrade at the discounted rate is showing in their User Profile even though the 2 day period has expired. How can we synchronise the expiration of the Upgrade offer with the expiration of the Temporary Member plan?

Honestly, I don't really understand the issue. For this, I guess you will need to submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account
2. The subscriber account which is having the issue
3. Link to this user profile page

I will check the data of that subscriber, hopefully see the issue and get it sorted
