Questions about Recurring Payment

Hello, good morning everyone, I have a doubt about the configuration of recurring payments since we still cannot configure them and I hope someone can guide me, the case is as follows:

I have a plan which has a total cost of $ 340.00, they can pay it over a period of 12 weeks. How can I apply the settings so that they automatically charge me? And how can I get automatic payments set up on a specific day and time a week?

1. The time of payment will depends on the date which users subscribe for your plan. It could not be at a fixed date and time every week

2. You can setup a plan like this:

- Price: 28.33 (this is the price which users have to pay each week)
- Subscription Length: 1 Week
- Recurring Subscription: Yes
- Number Payments: 12

Please try to setup, test it an let us know if you need more assist

Number Payments: 5

I made that configuration to prove it but only one payment was made and I no longer co-continue with the expected, can you tell me that I was wrong please

What payment method you are using? Maybe you are using a payment method which does not support recurring subscription?

Try to subscribe for the plan using PayPal for example, you should be charged everyday (each day 10$ with that setup)

Hello and thanks for your response, I am using Stripe to process payments, I understand this system if you accept recurring payments, right?

Yes. Stripe payment plugin support recurring payment. So unless there is something wrong with your setup, payment should be processed everyday

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account
- Link to subscription form

I want to check your plan setting and make sure it's correct. Also, please let me know ID of your subscription record so that I can check and make sure its a valid recurring subscription
