Upgrade for expired plan was created by progressionsp
Hello,
I have a plan that has an upgrade option. The problem I'm having is that members are able to still upgrade, even after the plan has expired. How do I require that the plan be active in order to get the upgrade option? Am I missing that somewhere? It seems like the default function would be to deny an upgrade if the associated plan is expired.
Thanks!

Hi
If the subscription for that plan is expired, he should not be able to upgrade unless the plan is a free subscription plan
Could you please check that? If the plan is not a free plan and he is still allowed to update, there must be something wrong and in that case, please submit a support ticket so that we can check it
Regards,
Tuan

by "unless the plan is a free subscription plan" are you referring to the "upgrade" plan or the original plan?
The original plan is free, but not the upgrade plan. BUT, not sure why that would matter...

I refer to the original plan. If the original plan is free, we still allow upgrading. If you don't want that, small code modification will be needed
You can submit a support ticket so that we can help you with the modification (using override so that it won't be lost when you update)

Tuan
