Unable to renew subscription when expired and in grace period

Tuan,

We have been getting reports from members trying to renew their membership subscription that there are no renew options available to them.

All plans expire 30/04/2019

Grace period is 90 days

These members are currently within the Grace period however there is no button available within their profile to renew.

All of our plans have the Enable Renewal set to Yes.

The Upgrade options are being displayed, but not the Renewal options.

Any suggestions?

Hi Anthony

Maybe the plan is a recurring subscription plan? For recurring subscription plan, renewal supposes to happen automatically, so we don't display renew options (until the subscription expired in case recurring payment failed)

We don't use recurring subscriptions. Members were able to renew (there is only one renew option defined for each plan) before their membership expired.
Since it has expired they have not been able to renew.
We have multiple down/upgrade options for each plan and they are still visible.

Hi Anthony

In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us:

1.Super admin account

2. A subscriber account which should see the renew options but they don't see it

3. Link to the page

I will check and tell you why renew options are not available so that you can correct it
