Importing subscriptions

Hello
We need to import current subscriptions into an older version of the site, restored from backup. This is due to problem on current server.
Have exported the subscriptions and saved from Excel on my mac to Windows comma separated csv file.
Have tried to import both the csv file and the excel file into the recreated site, but get this error:

Warning
OSM_INVALID_SUBSCRIPTION_ID
OSM_NEED_PLAN_FOR_SUBSCRIPTION

and the import fails. What do I need to do to fix this?

I think I have sussed this. I deleted the ID column on the left of the spreadsheet and it seems to have worked. Just checking it now.

Don't import and export. Better move database tables from old site o new site, see membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/gettin...e-site-to-a-new-site

Hi Tuan, old vps server compromised at root level due to recent exploit, so can't use database files, my host strictly forbade it!
The import seems to have worked OK now

As long as it's imported properly, you will be fine. So don't worry about it for now
