When a user subscribes to a daily plan how is that calculated, by date or per 24 h?

For example the user subscribes on the 1st May 06:00 for 1 day. When does the subscription expire, midnight 1st May or 2nd May 06:00?

It's exactly 24 hours, not at the midnight
