Create member subscription from backend was created by Lionel Charrier
I am using a "private" site with Community Builder and Membership Pro. The first subscription is created by an administrator, renewal is under the control of the subscriber.
I create a subscriber from backend and give information for Membershipro to create the account on Joomla. (Username, password, email)
The user receives the mail from MembershipPro but does not receive any mail giving is password.
Any idea ?
Thanks
Lionel

Hello
Could you please go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, find the config option Send Activation Email, make sure it set to Yes, then try again?

Honestly, I am unsure about this case. Maybe it depends on CB setting
You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check it

OK.
I have a workaround : Use the "Forget password like" with the user name ad email of the user created and he will receive a new password.

No, it is not working. I have to connect on frontend, as if I were the created member an request a password using his username and his email address.
Joomla sends him a new password.

Hmm
As mentioned, if you want, you can submit a support ticket so that we can try to check it. Maybe it causes by the use CB API option for creating user account

Fantastic, it is working after your modification of the plugin User - Joomla! : Notification Mail to User parameter of User - Joomla! plugin to Yes.
I closed the ticket before confirming it was working fine.
Thanks to you and your team.

Great. Thanks for confirming. That parameter needs to be Yes so that Joomla send username and password to user when an account is created from backend (via Membership Pro or directly via Joomla users management)
