New Member table filling with Group Admin details

Hi Tuan, one of my new subscribers over the weekend is having an issue when trying to add new members to her group. She goes to manage group members, clicks new member and the form has already populated with her own email and password? As far as I'm aware it only happens to her, it hasn't happened on any of our test accounts and no other customers have reported the same issues. Her subscription looks exactly the same as everyone else's. Any suggestions?

I have no clue about it. You can submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of your site

2. Her account

3. Link to that page

I will then check to see what's wrong and get it sorted

I have the feeling that it's auto-complete feature of web browser causing that behavior. Ask her to use a different browser to see whether the issue still happens?

Hi Tuan, yes I think it was auto-complete! I've just logged into her account from my browser and its absolutely fine. Glad it was a simple solution and it's now added to my troubleshooting knowledge!
