Email user name and password

No email is being sent out with login details for any of our plans. The send password option has been set to Yes in Joomla. How can we get this information to send out with the subsciption user email body, or any other email?

That might cause by something wrong with your setup. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to subscription form so that we can try to subscribe ourself, check to see what's wrong and get it sorted?
