That email message is sent when someone subscribe for your plan using offline payment method, the status of the subscription record is Pending
Then admin approves the subscription, change subscription status from Pending to Active and the email is sent
As you don't use offline payment method, that email won't be sent. You received that one because a test of my developer (while working on your support request only). Just ignore it
