Downgrade User Subscription Plan

I did some inspection and found out what is happening. When I first sign up to the website, the user is registers with level 1. Now in user area, when I see upgrade options it shows level 2 - 5 to be upgraded from level 1. If I upgrade from level 1 to level 4, in upgrade options it shows I can upgrade from level 1 to level 2,3 and 5. And I can upgrade from level 4 to level 5. If I upgrade from level 4 to level 5, it works correctly but if I upgrade from level 1 to suppose level 2, now I have 2 active subscriptions, level 4 that I subscribed to before and now level 2 also that I just upgraded from level 1.

I just wanted to confirm if this is the way component works or is it not working correctly on my website.

Is Level 1 is a free subscription plan? If so, it's expected behavior as you upgrading to both levels (from level 1)

In real life, I don't think someone upgrade to both levels. Maybe it happens during your testing only
