reporting on upgrades and renewals was created by Justyna
Hi,
I'm just curious - is there any way to see / differentiate whether the customer bought sth using a normal link or upgrade? I would like to verify the effectiveness of my "upgrade" campaigns.
The same goes for renewals - any higher level report available or planned? So far I can only differentiate thas based on the price, but that is only if I review them all 1 by 1... not very practical when you have a big database.
thanks for any tips!

Hello
In The Subscriptions Management Screen, you can already filter subscription records base on subscription type
- New Subscription
- Subscription Renewal
- Subscription Upgrade
Not sure if it can be used for your need? Or you want something different?
