Accounts Disappear was created by Teverz
I have clients sign up for service and use PayPal but they end up using PayPal eCheck. This returns a warning that payment is pending and will take 6-8 days to clear. When we go to check the our back end the subscription has disappeared. We also can't find the subscriber either. This only happens with an ECheck. IS there a reason why?

Hello Teverz

If they don't make payment during subscription process, they will be hided by default. Go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, find the config option Show incomplete payment subscriptions, set it to Yes, then check it again to see whether you can find that subscription

If not, then it was deleted and you will have to re-create the subscription. To prevent the subscription records like that from being deleted in the future, go to Extensions -> Plugins, find and make sure the plugin System Membership Pro Cleaner is disabled

It was already turned on. I tried turning it off and then on again and those subscriptions are still gone. As I said this only happens when using paypal eChecks.

That plugin needs to be turned off to prevent these kind of subscriptions being deleted by the system
