We don't use that API from Stripe. Current method (You can set Use Stripe Element parameter to Yes in the payment plugin parameter) is recommended by Stripe

It's Secure. Credit card information which users entered on the form, will be encrypted by Stripe API before transferring over internet, so it's secure. Just use it as how it's for now

Is it possible to install several Stripe plugins for Membership Pro (for different people with différent banks accounts) on the same website ?

I have dozens of users on my website and each one needs to get the money directly on his account.

Do you use recurring subscriptions on your site? If you are using recurring subscription, I'm afraid of it's not possible

If you just use one time subscription, then Yes, it will be possible by making clone/copy of the payment plugin
