Subscription not changing when expired

Hi

I have my plans set to remove users out of the members group and into registered when their subscriptions expire but now a year later when renewals are being sent out I’ve noticed the expired members are still in the members group, plus most members are in registered so it seems that the plugin has randomly worked.

Set up is: When registering users get removed from registered and added to members, when inactive moved from members to registered.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I have no idea. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account

2. Email of one or two subscribers who has this issue

I will check the setting of your plan and hopefully, see something wrong with the setup and get it sorted

Sorry, only just saw the reply. I had manually fixed this up and haven't had an issue since.
