since release 2.17 Subscription Length is displayed allways by month was created by jean
Hello,
since release 2.17 , if my subscription length is 1 year , i see now my plan with the price by month.
I think that it is a good thing .
But i can't find where is the new setting that command this new function (have a subcription yearly and displayed the price of the subcrition monthly)

That's strange to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of the site

2. Link to the page which I can see this issue

I will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted

OK Tuan, i will prepare you a test site where you could see that.
But this way to see the plan by month for a subscription length by year is a good thing for me.
If we could have this function, that would be cool.

I was looking on your demo site if you have a plan for 1 year. But you have no plan for 1 year.
Perhaps could you try to create a yearly plan to see this phenomenon on your site?

On what page the issue happens? On Plan List or Plan Details Page?

And if it's plans list page, what layout you are using (Default, Columns, Pricing Table, Pricing Table Flat, Pricing Table Circle...)?

Thanks. Found it now. It causes by a custom modification which we made for a customer. I included it in the package by mistake, sorry

Please access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package, upgrade it to your site and this issue will be solved

Thank for this problem solving.
Could we have this error as a new interesting function : yearly plans displayed with a monthly price plan.
More an more providers display their subscription like this (the price seems to be more litle for the customers)
Could you look at this page , you will see what i mean?

Hello Jean

The file is components/com_osmembership/view/common/tmpl/pricingtable_flat_plans.php

You can get this file, unzip it, upload to PATH_TO_TEMPLATE/html/com_osmembership/common folder (PATH_TO_TEMPLATE is path to the frontend template of your site) to use this mistake
