Show On Subscription Form to yes is not saved was created by jean

Hello,
With the new released 2.17
I tried to set the field "first_name" to NO.
When i save, the setting of the field come back to YES

Hello Jean

That's by design. First Name and Email are two required fields and could not be set to No
