PayPal Paid - Account Still Pending

When a new subscriber pays, they have an account but do not have access to the restricted content. Their account still shows PENDING even after they have completed their PayPal purchase. Why?

I want the account to immediately have access to the content they paid for. How do I set that up to automatically be ACTIVE after payment.

Auto Login is set to YES and that does not work either.

The PayPal transaction ID has already been included in the subscription so it doesn't make sense that it would not activate automatically.

If it still does not work, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check it directly on your site
