How do I edit the margin settings on membership card?

How do I edit the margin settings on membership card? was created by Germán Suárez
The member card starts from the top, but leaves a big gap on the bottom moving the contents to a new page. The blank space on the bottom occupies about 1/3rd of the space.

Hello

Maybe it causes by some kind of HTML code you entered in the layout of Member Card. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account

2. A subscriber account

3. Link to user profile page (which he can download member card)

We are going to check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
