Confirmation on cancelling subscriptions was created by Paul Adams

Hi,

I just want to confirm that if I have a user profile with 'My subscriptions' enabled the 'cancel subscription' and 'update credit card' buttons will show automatically on recurring subscriptions via Stripe and PayPal, i.e I don't need to do anything else.

Also, can you can confirm that upgrades on recurring subscriptions are still not possible.

Hi Paul

Yes.It will appear automatically, but for Stripe only

For PayPal (os_paypal payment plugin), they don't have an API for us to cancel recurring subscription directly on your site, so it is not possible. If someone want to cancel recurring subscription with PayPal:

- They will have to login to his PayPal account, cancel the recurring subscription
- Or admin will need to login to his PayPal account, find the subscription and cancel from there
