Fields missing from edit subscription (by admin) was created by Hilmar Schneider
I have a couple of fields that are for internal use so the access is "Membership" instead of "Public" (I have created a Membership access level).
When I sign in the back end of Joomla as administrator and go to Subscriptions, Edit Subscription, these fields are not visible.
If I go to Subscribers, Edit Subscriber, then the fields are visible.
If I create a new subscription then the fields are visible.
If I export the subscriptions then the fields are there with the correct values.
If I change the Access to Public then they're still not visible. Am I missing something? Other custom fields work as expected but they're all have Public access. I've attached the setting one of the non-functioning fields.
I'm using version 2.16.1

Hello Hilmar
It causes by Hide on Membership Renewal setting. If you set it to Yes, the field won't be visible for renewal subscription record.
I guess the record you are checking is a renewal subscription, thus the field is not visible
Try to set Hide on Membership Renewal setting to No, then check it again, it should work as expected
Regards,
Tuan
