OSM_INVALID_SUBSCRIPTION_ID when import list of subscriber

Hi dear,

I'm trying to import a list of subscriber from a live site to a demo site but I have this error:

OSM_INVALID_SUBSCRIPTION_ID

I checked ID in .csv and it I don't understand where is the error.
(this happen even if I disable "Create Membership ID").

Any insight?

Hello

Check the data in id column of the file you are using to import:

1. If it's a new subscription you want to import into the system, leave data of that column empty

2. If you want to update an existing subscription record, that column must contain ID of an existing subscription

Base on the received error message, I think the error happens because the data in id column has value, but that value is not ID of an existing record

Maybe remove the id column and import it again, it should work fine

I delete the columns with membership ID and subscription ID and it works.

Great. But I want to make it clear that only id column causes this error. membership_id column data is un-related
