Setting up group membership

Hi,

I'm trying to follow the instructions to set up a group membership. It reads as follows...

Edit the subscription plan which you want to enable group membership, enter the number of group members you want group admin can add to his group

Where is this option? I don't see a box to enter the number of group members.
