All templates are blank

Hi,
I just installed Membership Pro, and while looking through the documentation I've seen that there should be pre-configured email and invoice templates, however in my extenion's configuration (freshly installed), all of the boxes where these templates should appear are blank. I would really like to use the templates as a starting point (without having to recreate them completely from scratch). Any thoughts on this?

That's strange to me. It should be pre-populated with default templates. Maybe there is something wrong with your installation. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that our support staff can check and correct it

Unfortunately that won't be possible, as our administration interface isn't publicly accessible. That said, I've installed a copy locally and all of the templates are showing up normally, so I'll just copy/paste them over and modify them as needed.
