Formers members login was created by Didier BRETTENACHER
Hello,
In Membership Pro, I have the following problem:
I have a large number of users who have a disabled Joomla account (former members).
In the registration form if they fill in their email, it is rejected because already existing in the database.
If they log in, access is denied because the account is disabled ...
What is the best procedure in this case.
Regards.

Hello Didier
In this case, you will have to enable all of these user accounts so that they can login and renew/subscribe for your subscription plans
Not sure why you disabled these accounts? User accounts should not be disabled anyway

Sorry, but I confused Enabled and Activated.
If I understand how Membership Pro works, when a membership ends, the user's status changes from Enabled to Disabled. How can this user re-register or re-join?

Hello
No, it should not work like that. User account should still be enabled so that users can still login and renew their subscription
Maybe it's blocked because you configured Membership Pro to have it works like that?
Go to Extensions -> Plugins, find the plugin System - Membership Pro, click on it to edit, set Block account when subscription expired parameter to No and users won't be blocked when their subscription expired
