Hi,

Method: Choose payment PayPal, then press pay. The site will redirects to PayPal's website successfully. Choose cancel on PayPal.

It redirects to the MemberShip Pro's webpage where there is a Subscription Cancelled Your subscription is cancelled. Message to the user.

Now there is a user account created but there is NO email which is sent, or the user can pay again in later.

I think it would be much better to send an email about the succesfully registered user account! Now there is an inactivated, blocked user account, whihch is in a bad state. User must register and pay again.

Hello

There should be an email sent if it's configured properly. However, I would suggest that you go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, set Only create user account when membership active/approved config option to Yes. By doing that, the system will only create user account when the subscription becomes active (users paid for the subscription) and it would solve the issue
