Hi there

Not sure why but I keep getting all the various menu links to the separate parts of OS Membership appear in the 1st level Components menu?

Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks,

Hi Ric

Something is not right here. Look like it causes by broken installation for some reasons.

Please try to re-install the extension. If the issue is not sorted, you can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and access to your site database via phpmyadmin so that I can check and correct it for you

Regards,

Tuan

Thanks Tuan,

I reinstalled the component and get the error -

An error has occurred.
500 Library path /administrator/components/com_osmembership/libraries/mpf cannot be found.
Return to Control Panel

I've seen this before and for some reason the whole /components/com_osmembership/libraries directory isn't 'copied' over.

If you click Return to Control Panel the error -

Warning
BIGINT UNSIGNED value is out of range in '(`applie87_apr2017`.`#__menu`.`level` - 1)'
Package Update: There was an error installing an extension: com_osmembership.zip

I'll send you a ticket [#83565] to have a look. Thanks,

Base on the error messages, I think there are a problem with your site database for some reasons. Anyway, I asked for more access via support ticket so that I can check and find a solution for this problem

Thanks Tuan,

I have another issues (not sure if related) where Scheduled content keeps disappearing?

I link to an article and set the Number Days to either 0 or 1 (it's the starting article of a set) and when I hit Save the article disappears from the list?

Should I add this to the ticket or create a new one?

Thanks!

Hi Ric

For the Scheduled content issue, better open a separate support ticket
