How difficult it would be to add a workflow ?

We are using membership for subscription to a sport club with off-line paiement only.
Before validating the subscription, we would like to add a work flow of actions such as

Payment check or bank deposit received ? : Yes/No
Control consistency of amount paid done ? : Yes/No
Licence purchased at the Federation ?: Yes/No
Individual Insurance purchased ? : Yes/No
Membership Profile updated ? : Yes/No
....

Only when all actions are complete, we would Validate Membership.

The idea would be to display the Membership pending subscription with Checkbox for each action.

How difficult this would be ? New plugin on Membership Pro or full component ?

If I understand correctly, you would like to have an option for admin to check these items?

If so, maybe creating custom fields, set access level of these fields to Special so that only administrator can see and set value for these fields (subscribers won't see these fields)

Tuan, that's what I though.

However this requires that at renewal, the "workflow" custom fields are reseted automatically or no already populated with the "Yes" already checked
This is related to my feature request of "not populating " some field with value of previous membership.
