Tuan
It often happens that a 'common' error is found in the membersip list that needs correcting for many subscriptions. The only way is to open each one in turn, make the correction and save.
It would be very convenient if there was a programmable button at the top of the subscrpion page that made the change to the selected subscriptions at the same time.
Coud that be done easliy?
Hoping

Hi David
Unfortunately, that's not easy to implement, so we won't be able to support for it very soon. For now, you will still need to edit these records and correct the value manually

Would it be easier to have an overide so that when Renew Subscription is pressed, and additional custom field can be updated, in the same way that the Status field is updated to Active?

I would say that it's possible, but require customizing the code. You can give me detailed requirement, I can look at it and give you quotation to implement this modification as override if needed

I have a custom field called Pmts 18/19
On 'renew subscription' i would like it to be set to 'Paid'
Every year i would need to edit the code to refer to the next year, eg Pmts 19/20

Hi David
It's still not very clear to me. I guess I need to access to your site to check your setup before we can discuss further about this. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site?
I will check your setup first, then I will ask you for more information if needed via support ticket

This override works well from the back end and saves a lot of time on routine offline updates. thank you.
I have now for the first time published the PayPal plugin and want to be able to have members able to renew on line from the front end profile.
On testing i find that the 'Process renew' button doesn't work. The system thinks about it and then closes the profile and goes to the home page. There are no changes to the records.
Can you guide me please?
thank you
David
Any thoughts. Is the overide preventing this

Hi David
Process Renew should work unless there is something special causing the issue. So please submit a support ticket sending us:
1. Super admin account
2. The subscriber account
3. Link to the page which we can try to renew the subscription and see this error
We are going to check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
