Hi guys,
I've set up a free membership - so far so good
When a new member registrer he get a confirmation e-mail - but the link he should use to confirm is missing, and thus the membership is registred but not activated.
What can I be missing in my plan setup ?

Hello John
What confirmation link you are talking about? The link to activate the account or link to activate Membership? What payment method you are using? And what's status of subscription record? Please let us know so that I can look at it and answer your question

Hi Tuan,
thanks for fast reply - both actually - and it´s a free membership - payment method: "all payment methods"and I can tell in the Joomla user table that the user is neither activated nor enabled.(pls see enclosed)
In Membership Pro version 2.16.0, the user is "active" (pls see enclosed)
Do you need access ?

Yes. Better submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to the page which we can see the error
We will check to see what's wrong with the setup and get it corrected

Strange: I get a 403 error when trying to registre a new "Super user" but not when I registre a basic "Registred" user - any idea why ? (never had that issue before)

The 403 error usually causes by a security plugin like Admin Tools or RSFirewall or something like that
So please check if you have a security like the above installed before, if Yes, disabled it then try again

Yes it was Akeeba Admin tools.
