Cannot See Option to Upgrade/Change Plan

Hi

I have 2 Plans - Free and Paid
I cannot see where users from the FREE plan can have the option to upgrade to PAID plan?
I am using Joomla 3.9 and Membership Pro 2.16.

Hello Mick

1. You need to edit the Free Plan, add upgrade option to allow users to upgrade from that Free Plan to Paid Plans

2. Then create a menu item to link to:

- User Profile menu option
- Upgrade Membership menu option

Subscribers, then can access to one of the two menu item above, see the available upgrade option and upgrade to the Paid Membership plan

You also might want to go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, set Show upgrade button config option to Yes

By doing that, your subscribers when access to the page which show Paid plan, will see an upgrade button to allow clicking on to upgrade
