Limited subscriptions available

Is there a way to limit the amount of people that can subscribe to a plan? Here's exactly what I'm trying to accomplish:

Create a subscription that is available to purchase from Jan 1 - June 30.
Limit the number of subscribers to 50.
After 50 subscription slots are filled no more visitors can subscribe.

Is this possible without modifications to the Membership Pro?
