Paid user does not have access and subscription is absent in subscription list

Sometimes after finishing all steps: register on subscription page, pay via paypal, returned into confirmation page we still do not see subscription is active. This subscription is present inside urxys_osmembership_subscribers table with published = 0 . Also user is not enabled and blocked. But in the same time this user paid and has god confirmation Membership page. Any ideas?

Usually, it happens because PayPal could not notify the system about this payment for some reasons

So in this case, you need to:

1. Go to Membership Pro ->Configuration, set Show incomplete payment subscriptions config option to Yes

2. Find that pending subscription, edit and change Subscription status from Pending to Active manually
