cannot upload mobi file was created by Bernhard Woehrlin
Hi Tuan,
need some advice: I want to upload a approx. 19MB *.mobi file to the Plan's Download Manager. The upload_max_filesize in my php.ini is set ot 128M. - The upload interrupts - and no file gets uploaded. - No problems with a 8MB *.epub and a 4.2MB PDF.
Any ideas?
Thanks for any hint.
Kind regards,
Bernhard

Hi Bernhard
Honestly, this is something out of our control. The upload process is handled by php core function move_uploaded_file, so I don't know why it's broken for large file
In this case, I would suggest you to upload the files manually to media/com_osmembership/documents folder via FTP, then select these existing files for your subscription plans
