Invoice generation for Offline Payment was created by Jenny McCormick
Hi,
Events Booking has a custom override to prevent sending an invoice for Offline payments.

Is it possible to do the same thing with Membership Pro?

Hello
For Membership Pro, it's configurable. You just need to go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, look at Invoice Settings tab, set Generate invoice for paid subscription only config option to Yes

Tuan,
Indeed that setting prevents the creation of an invoice for an Offline payment.
The next issue is when payment is made and I go into the subscription and change the Status field from Pending to Active, an email with the invoice is NOT sent to the subscriber.
I managed to get one sent by selecting the subscriber and clicking Resend Email.
Should Membership Pro be automatically sending the email with the invoice?

Hi Anthony
When you do that, the subscription approved email should be sent to subscriber with invoice as an attachment
Please check it again. If it does not work, then there might be something special on your site causing the issue, submit a support ticket so that our developer can check and correct it

Sorry it was a slow email day. The invoice is emailed when the Status is changed to active.
