Admin emails not sent was created by 3by400, Inc.
This site is using Membership Pro 2.15.x on Joomla 3.8.13. I've set two email addresses in the email notification for the general MP configuration and for individual plans (same 2 email addresses). We still are not getting emails sent. I've enabled the Log Email Types just now. So I'll see if that tells us anything.

Our Joomla site is using Mandrill to send SMTP email. Is it possible that has any impact? Other emails from the system are working fine. And no indication from Mandrill of rejected emails.

You will have to wait for next subscription to see how it goes. If the email is logged in Emails Logs, then the system has already calls Joomla API for sending email and if you still don't receive it, I am afraid of the SMTP server you are using could not deliver email to these email addresses for some reasons

In that case, maybe changing to use a different emails might help

Most recent subscription just posted. Emails were logged for 3 accounts (user + my 2). Per Mandrill only 2 of the 3 were received and sent. So I'll look further at the email address via Mandrill. Thanks.
