Sub Renewals and Renew from Dates was created by Stella
Our subscriptions expire 31/12/12 23:59:00. Currently we allow people to renew their membership from 1/11, so 61 days before expiry. However someone just managed to renew on 31/10.

Should I change to 60 days before to get the correct date for next time?

Hi Kate

Between 1/11 and 31/10 is just few hours difference (I guess it causes by something related to timezone here)

Not sure what's the problem with this?

1. The renewal date is set in our constitution so they shouldn't be able to renew earlier.
2. They renewed at the wrong amount and we now have to give them a refund.

Hi Kate

1. I will check #1 more carefully and hopefully, prevent that issue in the next release

2. For #2, I don't know why they have wrong amount. Do you have a way to show that issue to me? If Yes, please submit a ticket :

- Sending us super admin account of your site
- Tell us step by step what I need to do to see the error

I will then check to see why the amount is wrong and get it sorted

Hi Tuan
The wrong amount isn't due to Membership Pro, so don't worry.

Basically we have a renewal rate for a certain period, and if members miss that period, they can still renew but the price is more. Then when we have the new renewal season the price goes back to what it was. So I hadn't manually changed the amount back to the lower value when the person renewed.

But is there a better way to do that? Ie reflect an additional fee that only lasts for a period of time that gets added to the Membership ?
