option "Not Applicable" not available anymore after update to 2.16.0 was created by Floris
I just discovered that is not possible any more to choose N/A (not applicable) when a certain country does not work with states. I now (hopefully temporary) changed that this field is not required any more but that could lead to problems for instance for US addresses when people do not fill in this field. I believe the option N/A used to appear automatically when somebody choose a country which is not working with states for postal addresses. It would be great if this can be added again to the component. Thanks in advance for your help.
