Hi,
We have a couple of subscription plans that have a $0 base fee. When then have a custom field with checkboxes allowing subscribers to choose the amount of their subscription.
Our membership year is 1st May to 30th April following year.
The Pro-rata calculation is enabled using months but it is not reducing the total amount for the subscription based on the selection in the custom field.
Is there something special we need to do to get it to work?
