Just a question - Stripe payment plugin

I hope you are all well.

Does the Stripe payment plugin allow for the payment be processed on the page or, after filling in the details, the user is redirected to a Stripe payment page, like the case with Paypal?

For Stripe payment gateway, users will enter credit card information directly on your site for processing payment. They won't be redirected to PayPal

And do you have any idea if the checkout can be translated for Stripe? I need the Romanian language ... and could not find any details about this on their website.

Exactly what you need to translate? If it's the the label of input fields like Card Number, Card CVV, Expiration date..., then it could be translated
