Invoice not showing setup fee

The invoice generated shows item 1 for the subscription fee but doesn't have an item for the setup fee. The subtotal and total include the fee and show the right amount including the setup fee. The setup fee should be itemised on the invoice.

You can edit the invoice layout, insert a new row to show setup fee. Just use [SETUP_FEE] tag and it should show the setup fee (similar with how tax amount, discount amount.... displayed)

Ah, that's great, thanks. It would be really nice if there was a [SETUP_FEE_QUANTITY] set to zero if no setup fee for the subscription and set to one if there is.

Something we don't support at the moment. If there are other customers need it, we will consider adding support for it in the future
