Let's say you have a paid member and you want to apply a coupon to his membership - how can you do that? you want to create a coupon for 3 months free for example, or 6 months free.

It's not possible. We don't have a way to apply coupon for existing customers. Coupons can only be used when subscribe for the plans from frontend, not from backend when creating subscription
