I am having a problem with my subscriptions deactivating every month after the next payment comes out. Is there a way to stop this. I can’t figure it out. It doesn’t do it immediately but within a few days or hours after the payment goes through the accounts are disabled and the people can’t log in anymore. I have to go in manually and reset them all the time. If I start getting more membershipa, this is going to be impossible to keep up with. Any suggestions on what settings to check?

Hello Shannon

This should not happen unless there are something wrong with the setup. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of your site

2. Tell us the payment gateway you are using to receive payment and have this error

3. Tell us the ID of the subscription plan which people having this issue

I will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted

Sorry, I didn't even get notification that this was answered. My support contract has run out with you guys. We discovered this problem over a year after I bought the component when my final website went live. The support option ran out around that time so I guess I am stuck with trying to figure this out on my own. I have changed some things on it but it still doesn't work and I have to manually go in and reactivate them about 8 or 9 days after the subscription renews. It seems to deactivate within the week. All manually made accounts work fine.

Hi Shannon

You can still submit a support ticket giving me the requested information. I will still try to look at it and find the reason of the issues and hopefully, the solution, too
